My running partner and I decided (during a moment of insanity, obviously!) to run the Women's Half Marathon - http://www.womenshalfmarathon.com/nashville/ - in Nashville on Sept 25. We've been up every morning at 4 am to hit the gym at 430 and run on the treadmill. On weekends we do a long run. It has been fun, but exhausting.
I'll try to be better about blogging our training and our races. Also, I need to find a small camera I can carry while we run. Any suggestions?
